Directions to Hoveringham Cricket Club
To get to the ground from Nottingham and the west: leave the city via the A612, signposted to Southwell. Follow this road for about 9 miles, passing through Lowdham. About half a
mile on from Lowdham, turn right on the road signposted Hoveringham. Proceed down this road, over the railway level crossing, for about a mile until you enter the village. Carry on to the church,
which is just before a T-junction. Turn left. You will see the Marquis of Granby public house on the right and then a few yards further on, the Reindeer on the left. Please park on the street here as
parking on the ground is limited. Enter the ground via the narrow lane immediately before the Reindeer's car park.
To get to the ground from Newark and the east: get on the A612 Newark to Nottingham road. Carry on past Southwell and turn left on the road signposted to Hoveringham just past the village of Thurgarton. Follow this road over the railway level crossing and past the Tarmac gravel workings until you get to Hoveringham village. Carry on to the Reindeer and the Marquis.
To get to the ground from the south: get to the A6097 Leicester to Doncaster road. Follow this northwards to Lowdham and turn right onto the A612. Then follow the directions outlined for Nottingham.
To get to the ground from the north: get to the A6097 Doncaster to Leicester road, follow it to Lowdham and proceed as detailed above.
